The hotel is in a good location, but it wasn’t very nice and the rooms were really small. At least you can reach the sink from the toilet, though that’s hardly a plus. Towels and soap were replaced every day, but one soap tube had used chewing gum stuck to it. Don’t recommend.

My stay was chaotic because of several problems before check-in. I couldn’t contact the hotel in time to explain my delay, and my reservation was cancelled. Still, the receptionist managed to check me in and even let me stay an extra hour. He was so nice, gentle, and helpful with people. The service was absolutely fab, and I’m grateful for how I was treated. The bed was comfy, everything was clean, and the staff were good. It did the job for one night. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to people I know.

The street-facing room was great for me because I liked watching the traffic and people outside. The rooms are small but clean, and the elevator works. Bathrooms are quite small too, so they may be difficult if you have trouble moving around. The staff were very nice, and the ladies take particularly good care of things. You get coffee and tea for the coffee maker every day. The building looks good at first, and the area is full of life, with lots of stores and restaurants. Bell Square is nearby if you want to sit, look around, or walk. Across from the hotel, Quality foods Hounslow has lots of Indian groceries and smells really good. Aldi is next to the hotel, Lidl is nearby, and so is Iceland. There are many bus stops with routes in lots of directions, though the buses are in traffic 24/7. The hotel is well placed for getting to Heathrow and other parts of London. Decide whether the small but clean rooms suit you or whether you’d rather pay more for another hotel.

The receptionist Kumar was so helpful and polite that, if Google hadn’t asked me to rate separate things, I’d have given this place four stars just for him. The hotel is really a low-budget place for sleeping, so don’t expect much. My ratings are subjective and don’t reflect how much I appreciated my experience. The room was modest and had somewhat old furniture, but it was clean and well prepared. It was warm enough, and there was hot water. The toilet was very small, though clean, so don’t panic when you see it. I gave service three stars as a comparison with international hotels, not because I was dissatisfied. The location was almost perfect for me, close to Heathrow and the Piccadilly Underground line, right by LIDL and ALDI, as well as local Indian restaurants and pubs.
