We lost our money and had nowhere to stay that night. Expedia called the owner and told us they were at the property to welcome us, but when we went there nobody answered the door or the phone. Since the studios have no reception, guests have to call a number to get access, and the owner had ignored our calls. This is a total scam. Please don’t spend your money here. It shouldn’t be listed on booking websites if they’re going to keep your payment and leave you with nothing.

For the price, don’t expect anything luxurious, but it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep. Finding the property was hard, and we didn’t have the entry codes, so we lost over two hours and the whole day was ruined. The kitchen was cramped and had only one place setting for seven people. It wasn’t clean enough to use, so we were glad there was a supermarket about a ten-minute walk away selling freshly prepared meals. The bus and train are close, and it’s right in the heart of London. We could overlook the kitchen and the bathroom, where an outlet on the terrace made it freezing.
