The rooms are fine, with what you need, a smart TV and a nice-looking shower. Some staff seemed glued to their phones and like they’d rather be elsewhere. Bray was the exception for me. He felt genuine and lifted the whole atmosphere. At other Premier Inns the service can feel robotic, but his didn’t. It’s okay if you plan to spend a lot of time in the hotel, but it’s a 5/5 if you’ll mostly be out. A few staff could use a coffee, or maybe a different job.

The room was clean and nice, just right for a honeymoon for two. Antonio, I think that was the name we overheard, was wonderful. He went out of his way to help, greeted us warmly, and took the time to answer our questions. So far, it’s been a great stay.

The lobby is warm and cosy, and it’s a nice place to get some work done. Food is good and cheap, too, with an £8 all-you-can-eat breakfast, basically in Zone 1. Antonio and Shoaib were so lovely and attentive. They even turned on extra heating for me in the lobby. The hotel is right by the station and a bus stop. Highly recommend x

There’s a bar and refreshments until 1 am, plus coffee, tea and water all day, with a nice barista machine. The location is handy for exploring London, close to two stations, one overground and one underground. The room was wonderful, the hotel was really quiet, and the staff were very helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

We were out all day, so the small rooms suited us fine. The hotel is right beside the tube, making it easy to get around London, and it felt like a safe, comfortable place to come back to after sightseeing. The staff were incredibly kind, always accommodating us and checking we were looked after.
