Lume and Ramona at the front desk were so helpful, even upgrading our room, and they made the trip for me and my friends. The hotel was spotless and the service attentive from start to finish. I was really impressed with the location and how welcoming everyone was.

The burger at the on-site Potus was so good, and we had a lovely conversation with Mahesh there. Jay at the front desk was incredibly accommodating too. The hotel is clean and updated, with a great riverside view and a convenient location. We’d definitely stay again.

We felt like family thanks to how friendly the staff were during our Christmas holiday stay. Ramona, Jenny, Gabriel, and Shanti were outstanding, along with others whose names I can’t recall. Our room was spacious for a European hotel and had the comforts of home, including a Toto washlet and an in-ceiling rain shower. Breakfast was included, with a huge spread of hot and cold food. The hotel is also well placed for the tube and British Rail at Vauxhall. A really great experience.

I got there quite early, and the front desk kindly arranged an upgraded room and early check-in. Jay was especially helpful and gave excellent service. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and the location was very convenient. I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency and would gladly come back.

The restaurants nearby were really nice, and the food at Mezimso was amazing. There’s also a supermarket and a Tesco close by, handy for a late snack or if you’ve forgotten something. The location was super convenient, and Jay made us feel very welcome with his helpful, incredible service. We’ll come back!
