Hybrid Resi New Malden

New Malden felt like a very nice, safe area, and the station is literally next door. It made a great base for exploring this part of London. The apartment had everything we needed, whether for a day or a much longer stay. The owner also gave clear, helpful instructions about getting in and what to do when leaving. Thanks!

The garden and driveway were left with litter, and the garden had a strange smell. Inside, the place never seemed clean: the floors turned white socks black, furniture was stained, and the en-suite smelled strongly of mould mixed with air freshener. The laminate was peeling in places, there was very little crockery, and even the cheese grater didn't work. The oven and hob wouldn't hold a proper temperature, so cooking was impossible. The front door code system didn't work at all, and the flimsy key we were given made us feel unsafe. We stayed for a few weeks and found the apartment tired and in a pretty appalling state. The photos must have been taken a while ago because it doesn't look like that now. The cleaners who came were nice, but the experience was still awful, depressing, and completely overpriced.

The place was spotless and tidy when we arrived, and the welcome gift was a nice surprise. Finding the flat and getting inside was easy with the clear check-in instructions. Management answered our questions quickly and was extremely helpful. I'd highly recommend this company for corporate apartments.

The location was reasonably pleasant and felt safe, with plenty of shops and a train station nearby. I stayed for 10 days, and the place was as advertised. It was a pleasant stay, and the staff were helpful and quick to respond.
