Hyde Park Appartments

We had to demand a refund and change hotels. We did get the refund after arguing, but the place was so bad. The toilet wouldn't flush, and the shower pressure was so weak you couldn't even shower. We changed rooms, then found the mattress sank two meters when you lay on it. It gave us severe back pain. The staff were extremely rude, and the woman working there had a horrible attitude. Never go here.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. My partner and I woke up with horrendous back pain because the bed was so uncomfortable, and we ended up changing hotels. The service was awful. The bathroom was tiny and smelled bad, the flush barely worked, and there was hardly any shower pressure. There's no lift either, so we had to carry heavy luggage up four floors.

Having to climb to the fourth floor with 15kg of luggage was the main thing I remember from the stay. The rest was tolerable. The kitchen had a nice range of cookware and utensils, and the bathroom was clean with its amenities replenished daily.

Apartment 21 meant climbing four flights of stairs. It was compact, and the bathroom was so small I had to squeeze past the sink to reach the toilet. The bed squeaked a little on one side.
