Hyde Park Atmosphere A

The dining area has plenty of room, and the kitchen and fridge were clean, with lots of space in the fridge. Breakfast had good options, and I liked that there's a bar and a lift. It's also very close to the Hyde Park entrance. The service was incredibly clean, and the staff were friendly.

The team made a real difference here. Everyone was polite, welcoming, professional, and ready to help, and the place felt friendly and lively, just right for a big international city. It was clean, organized, and well managed, and you could tell the staff cared about the guests. Great energy, great location, and everything ran smoothly. I loved the experience and highly recommend it.

I spent a week in a six person female room. The rooms are quite small, but still okay. Apart from one very rude roommate, Sophia, everyone else I shared with was nice. A note for hostel travellers: the downstairs kitchen is shared with the hotel guests and is used for breakfast from 7-11 in the morning. On arrival day, you can leave your bags for free before check-in. After check-out, each backpack costs £5 to store, though the price varies with the on-site rate. Late check-out is available until 1 pm. I paid £4, but the price depends on the counter. If you're trying to save money or travelling on a budget, this hostel could be a good option.

Everything was spotless, and the bedding smelled lovely. Housekeeping deserves a huge well done. I also met some wonderful fellow guests. The receptionists were cheerful, fun, polite, and incredibly kind. Leo, Anise, Mohamed, the Indian lady, the Chinese gentleman on the night shift, and the young Chinese lady who works during the day were all top-notch and made my stay truly wonderful. I'll never forget them, and they're a big reason I'll keep coming back to this hostel. Thank you, Smart Hostel, for being a five-star place. Kind regards, Carla
