The team were kind and welcoming, and the hotel has pleasant areas where you can work or study. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the whole place was clean, modern, and well kept. It's only a short walk to the Underground, so exploring London was easy. We'd gladly come back, whether for business or a leisure trip.

The room stayed surprisingly quiet, even with every kind of transport right across the street. The bed was especially comfortable, and while the room wasn't big, it was clean, thoughtfully laid out, and had what I needed for a city break. Canning Town Station is directly opposite, making it easy to get anywhere in London. The hotel feels modern and welcoming, the staff were friendly, and there are lots of shops and places to eat nearby. I'd stay again.

I only had a short overnight visit, so my main regret is that I couldn't stay longer. Breakfast was fantastic, with a much bigger selection than I'd expected, and the restaurant was great. Jenna (both of them) at the Front Desk and Curtis were especially good. Curtis is the sort of person who'll have you laughing while checking you in. Taking the tube from Heathrow was very convenient for my trip to town for the Arsenal parade. It's a wonderful hotel, and I can't wait to return.

Jenna at reception was so friendly and helpful, taking care of everything we needed. The hotel restaurant serves great food and drinks, stays open late, and has a nice atmosphere. There are lots more food options nearby too. The room was comfortable, if a little small, and the hotel is modern and in a great spot right by the train station, which made getting around much easier. A great place to stay.

The reception lounge, bar and cafe had a cool feel, and I liked the personal welcome note waiting in my very clean room. The guy at reception helped with my request for an early check-in. There was a kettle, several tea choices and two bottles of water, which you don't get at many Ibis hotels in Europe these days. I was travelling alone, though the room could fit two comfortably. The hotel is right beside the station and several bus stops, with Westfield mall and the airport only a few stops away. I had an early flight before the DLR was running, but the 474 bus dropped me right by the airport entrance. I only booked for one night, unfortunately, and would definitely stay again.
