Housekeeping kept our small room very clean throughout the visit, and check-in was smooth. Angela at reception was especially welcoming and brought us extra amenities for our long stay. Breakfast was good, but it was the same each day and could have had more variety. The room felt humid and muggy even though the AC worked well, and the bathroom had no fan, so showers made the humidity worse. Still, we had a pleasant stay at Ibis London Earls Court.

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from a tube station, with a local Tesco and Sainsbury's nearby. There's a large secure car park beneath the building, at about £24 for 24 hours. Inside, the decor is luxurious, with marble topped restaurant tables, big plants and comfortable, quality furniture. It feels unlike any other Ibis we've visited and deserves its 4* rating. Our room was quiet at night, comfortable and very clean, with a spacious bathroom, a very comfortable bed, a hairdryer and a safe. There's hanging space for clothes and coats, but no drawers or storage cupboards. Tea and coffee are provided, and reception happily gave us more when we asked. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of hot and cold food and an automatic pancake maker. Everyone on staff was friendly, approachable and helpful. We'd definitely stay again.

Yonas at the front desk was cheerful and accommodating throughout check-in, which was quick and easy. The room was clean and nice, and the hotel is in a very safe area, close to West Brompton station.

The staff were very friendly, and Rahul gave us such a warm welcome. We found the rooms clean and charming. This was our second stay, and we recommend the hotel. We'll definitely come back next time we're in London.

Daria from housekeeping was always friendly and helpful, and made sure our room was in perfect shape. We really liked our clean, comfortable room on the 10th floor, which was well kept throughout the visit. The location made it easy to explore the area, and check-in was smooth and welcoming. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay from beginning to end, and we'd happily return. 😊
