The rooms are basic, but they're always spotless, and being able to open the windows for fresh air is a big plus for me. I stay here fairly often for work. The food menu has a good selection, and there are local shops and places to eat nearby. It's also well placed for getting to Heathrow. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Hosneara deserves a mention, she's a delight and really cares about making your stay as good as it can be.

Our travel plans were disrupted twice at short notice, and the team handled both changes with great flexibility. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, with a special mention for Keziah, who was responsive and helpful. The rooms were good, the facilities great, and it's easy to reach by public transport. It's also very convenient for Heathrow airport.

Rohit at the front desk was quite helpful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was good value, and I enjoyed the morning breakfast. It was a pleasant stay overall, and only a short drive from the airport.

The service was excellent, and Hilda at the bar was wonderfully kind and welcoming when she served our delicious lunch and dinner. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is a short distance from our terminal, which made the stay more relaxing. We'd absolutely stay again.

Jashan and Prika were attentive hosts, knew the dishes well and gave us good recommendations. Their bright smiles cheered up our evening. We enjoyed the burger and both desserts, the Sticky Toffee Pudding and Salted Caramel Torte. The Mixed Grill was nice, though the rump steak seemed a bit dry; the gammon was perfect and the lamb was wonderful. The Fish and Chips was okay but nothing special.
