The room was tidy and clean, the beds were really comfortable, and I couldn't hear the neighbouring rooms at all. The bathrooms are on the small side, but there's free Wi-Fi and a little bar downstairs if you fancy a drink. Staff were friendly when I arrived and happy to answer questions. The location worked well for me, with a quick Uber ride to the bus station or about a 15-minute walk. It's affordable and comfortable, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The first thing I heard at reception was, “checkout is at 11,” which felt a little abrupt as a welcome. It wasn't a big deal, just an odd first impression. The rooms are very small, but spotless, comfortable, and well kept. The location is good, and everything else felt easy and organised. It's a calm, practical place that would work for a short or longer stay. I'd still happily return and recommend it.

The bathrooms are on the small side and the rooms could use a chair, though I understand they're making the most of the space. The toiletries provided are fine, just really tiny, so I'd bring my own. Otherwise I enjoyed my short stay and everything was 10/10. Would I stay again? Definitely!

I've stayed here twice over the past three years because it's convenient, and I'd likely come again. The rooms are compact, so bigger people might find them a tight fit, though I'm small. I think the rooms differ, so the issue I noticed may not apply to every one. I'd just like the shower in the room to be fitted somewhat. The housekeeping staff responded when needed, though they didn't speak English fluently. The front desk staff were willing to help, and the staff in general are friendly.

The mattress was very soft and springy, so uncomfortable that I had to fold the duvet in half and lie on top of it. Parking was the other reason I probably won't stay again: there's none on site, just street parking if you're lucky enough to find a space. Check-in felt tedious, all done on a tablet with the receptionist, followed by a sheet of paper with the information. My ground floor room was okay but not especially spacious, and the shower room was fine. The shower was hot and powerful, the Wi-Fi was okay, and there was no breakfast included. The hotel is set in the grounds of St George's Hospital.
