The hotel was in a great area, and getting from there to o2 was very straightforward. I had a wonderful time with my toddler, who can be a messy eater, and everyone was lovely and understanding. The staff were accommodating, and both the food and room service meal were delicious. We also enjoyed the view from the room and had a lovely time at the pool. Late checkout meant we could make the most of swimming on our last day. If you’re coming with children or a toddler, don’t worry, they made us feel welcome. I’d recommend the hotel 100 percent xx

Our family of four was very happy here. We had a spacious, well-presented room on the corner of the 14th floor, with lovely views over the O2 and Thames. It’s a great base for onward trips into London or out to the surrounding countryside. Breakfast was brilliant, with a great buffet and a few egg choices on the menu as well. Liji gave amazing service at breakfast. Thanks to the team for a lovely stay!

Breakfast was fresh, hot and had a great range of choices. We especially liked that we could order eggs made fresh alongside the buffet, and the breakfast area had an amazing view. Liji on the breakfast team was so kind and patient with our daughter, and wonderfully attentive. The rest of the hotel staff were friendly, consistently attentive and always ready to help. We stayed at the InterContinental London - The O2 from 17th to 20th April in a Junior Suite. It was spacious, comfortable and just right for our family and our 4-year-old. We had a truly enjoyable stay and would happily return and recommend the hotel.

Dinner at the Brasserie was a real highlight. We saw another table treating the staff badly, and the team handled it with impressive professionalism and grace. One manager in particular stayed calm and confident, and showed real skill leading under pressure. We spent one night at the InterContinental O2 London on 12/31, our first night in London. Despite it being New Year’s Eve, we had a solid stay. The beginning was rocky: as an Ambassador member, I expected basic acknowledgment in the clearly marked Ambassador line. I don’t expect special treatment, but it was frustrating to see people joining from the side get served while a queue built up in that line. A dedicated line needs to be managed, especially at busy times. After that, things improved. We were upgraded to a high floor with a fantastic view of the O2 Arena and the Thames. The room showed some normal wear, but was well maintained, comfortable and fully functional. We enjoyed the property and surrounding area, and the rest of the experience erased the frustration from the start. Thanks to the team for thoughtful, professional service on such a busy holiday evening.

The best part was the beautiful view of the city and river, with a bit of the Arena visible too, and breakfast was really great. The hotel itself is beautiful and makes a strong first impression. You can’t get much closer to the O2 Arena, just a few steps away, which is perfect for a concert. But check-in was painfully slow when we were rushing to a show. We called reception and “fast service” about five times for a UK adapter and nobody answered, so after a full day of travel we couldn’t charge our phones. That’s unacceptable for a hotel at this level. The hairdryer was a joke, with several settings but only cold air, and it was a basic Remington, nowhere near 5-star standard. I’ve stayed in 4-star hotels with Dyson dryers, so this was disappointing. The fire alarm went off while we were packing to check out, and nobody at reception explained what was happening. The bar was freezing at night, so cold it felt like sitting outside and we had to go back for jackets. At €700 per night, it’s too expensive for this experience.
