Jumeirah Carlton Tower London

The people made our time at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower feel special from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was warm and caring, and the level of attention throughout our stay was rare. The room felt like a peaceful luxury retreat, with a wonderfully comfortable bed, plenty of space, beautiful design, and personal touches everywhere. Our photos on the mirrors with handwritten notes were a lovely surprise, as were the towels and slippers embroidered with our initials. We also loved the spa. Practising our swimming in the 20-meter pool was a dream, and the skylight brought in natural light that made it feel especially serene. The food was phenomenal, too. Breakfast room service tasted fresh and homemade, with real care put into the quality. We were welcomed with a beautiful entremet cake, but didn’t have time to enjoy it during our stay. The team packed it carefully in a pastry box so we could take it with us, which we really appreciated. Thank you for such an unforgettable visit. We can’t wait to come back soon 🤍

Tatiana was incredibly patient and dedicated when I called about a difficult issue. She walked me through each step and clearly cared about helping, going well beyond what was needed. That’s the kind of service I expect from a high-quality hotel. We need more people like Tatiana in the industry!
