I regret moving here and can’t wait to get out. The place is noisy all the time, with people fighting, screaming, or playing loud music. There are smokers using weed on the stairs most days, the place is always messy and stinks, and parcels get stolen if left unattended even briefly. My expensive cycle was only nine days old when it was stolen. I reported it, but they found nothing on CCTV, despite cameras all over. Either they aren’t working or they’re just for show. You can sometimes hear someone knocking at your door at 4am. Make sure you read the tenancy agreement carefully. The one thing they do care about is rent being paid on time, or you’ll be charged for late payment. There are lots of better places elsewhere. This place should shut down for good, it doesn’t even deserve one star, it should be zero!

The walls are thin, so you’ll hear everything if you get noisy neighbours. I’ve also heard rats moving around inside them. Outside, the area is dirty, with trash sometimes left on the street. There’s a lot of shouting and domestic fighting, and the police have been to the property many times, supposedly once for a murder or stabbing. It doesn’t feel safe. I’m counting down the days until I can leave. Do yourself a favour and move somewhere else.

The building, Kap House, has all kinds of people coming and going, and that brings down the atmosphere. There can be music, loud conversations, odd-hour arrivals and departures, and general mess. It’s an interesting place, perhaps one for a more seasoned traveller. I’ve stayed in several of the flats over the last two years before appointments at St Marks hospital, which is less than a ten-minute drive away. The flats themselves are spotless, cosy, and very reasonably priced. Sanjay, the owner, has been extremely helpful and made sure my stays were as comfortable as possible. If you need a place to stay in the Harrow area, I’d highly recommend Sanjay.
