The Kennington Tube station is just feet from the property, and we got from Heathrow to our room easily on the Tube with all our luggage. There are two nice pubs and restaurants within walking distance, Red Lion and White Bear, both great local hangouts with excellent food. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable, and we’ll recommend the place to friends. We didn’t meet our host because she was on vacation, but her communication was fantastic. She kept close tabs on us by text and WhatsApp. The housekeeper and breakfast attendant were also so friendly and helpful. The photo shows how close the Tube is, though you don’t hear it because it’s deep underground. Thank you!

The location suited our needs perfectly, and Sian was extremely helpful during our fantastic four-night stay last weekend. The room was perfect in every other way, but we were on the road side and it was quite noisy. Thank you.

We come here often when working in London, and the rooms have good space, comfortable beds and great cleaning. Breakfast is always plentiful, and the coffee is good too. The owners are lovely, thoughtful and helpful, always happy to point us to the right bus. There’s even a garden at the back to sit in during summer. It’s a great B&B in a super location.

The bed was so comfortable, the room a good size, and the bathroom very good. Everything was extremely clean and tidy, and breakfast had a good spread with plenty of hot drinks. It’s amazing for a place just outside central, and only a one-minute walk from the tube. The owner gets in touch to ask when you’ll arrive, then sends a video showing how to find the key for your room. Excellent service. I’d absolutely stay again.

The host was welcoming and chatty, without being intrusive, and put out a generous continental breakfast. I stayed overnight while visiting friends nearby, and had a lovely, clean, large room. It’s an old building with lots of stairs, and there are no tea-making facilities in the room, though guests can use the large kitchen to make drinks. The station is about a minute away.
