We stayed for one night on 28th June 2024, and would definitely come back. The location is superb for the tube, and everything feels in line with the price. It was clean, and the key code system for accessing the key was a great idea. We liked not having to meet anyone in person to check in. The bathroom is across the hall from the room, which again makes sense for the price. The only thing I’d pick on is the squeaky door and handle. Maybe they just need a bit of oil or WD-40. Thanks so much :)

Basic, clean and comfortable. Near Kensal Green and Kensal Rise stations, with nice restaurants in the area.

Why is Booking.com deliberately blocking the review? Today is 1st November, right? In Germany, false product information is defined as misleading business activity and can lead to a fine of up to 10000 euros. You must provide the code immediately after payment. I don’t understand why nobody talks about this here in England. You can’t say 'something else' after you’ve been paid.

It’s a good budget option near public transport, and for London I suppose it’s still a good deal. The staff were awful, though, especially the cleaners. During a heat wave I called and wrote, but never heard back when I asked for a basic fan. We were desperate, so we opened the unlocked cleaning closet and found one ourselves.

Why is Booking.com deliberately deleting the evidence photo and changing the review? You have to provide the PIN as soon as it’s been paid for. You can’t say 'Something else.' In Germany, false information about a product is defined as misleading business activity and can lead to a fine. I don’t understand why nobody talks about this here in England.
