Maybe we were unlucky given the other reviews, but our apartment was average at best and poorly maintained. The location was good and service reasonable, which was fortunate considering how many problems there were. It felt clear they were chasing maximum profit at any cost. Several sockets didn't work, there was no air conditioning, and the DIY looked like a child had done it. I've never slept on a worse mattress, and I travel for work at least monthly. It felt like an airbed. There was black mould in the bathrooms, no plug for the kitchen sink, and the bath plug didn't fit. Cleanliness was poor too. The main surfaces were okay, but the area around the shower gel and shampoo was filthy, there was a huge shard of glass in the lounge, and the drains were full of other people's hair, so the shower wouldn't drain.

We liked the one-bedroom apartment and the location was great. The only downside was noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs. On weekdays it went on until 11PM, and on weekends until midnight, but it only disturbed us in the living room. Communication with the staff/host was great, and getting into the building and apartment was easy. Fans were provided for the summer heat.

The apartments were clean and well maintained, in a great location, and the service was excellent around the clock. Special thanks to Adam from Kula London team for his great support, following through on what was promised and getting in touch to confirm it was done. Truly recommend!

The team were really helpful throughout. When the boiler gave us trouble, they fixed it straight away, and they were happy to bring us extra towels. We had a good stay.
