Lamington Apartments - London Hammersmith

The apartment was newly renovated and lovely, with a large kitchen, good-sized clean bathrooms, and fresh linen. The views from all the apartment windows were very nice, and grocery and essentials shops were close by. Check-in was smooth, and the location was good. Service was prompt and very good, from the cooperative bellboys to Emma and Nicolletta at reception, who were great. It was a very comfortable stay and I'd highly recommend it, especially for big families or anyone travelling with toddlers or young children.

There was a boiler issue, but it was fixed the next morning, and the staff were kind and helpful. I was surprised by how much space there was, much better than a hotel, and the apartment had all the facilities and kitchen appliances needed for either a short or long stay. It's in a great location, warm inside, and has a lovely garden at the back. I'd highly recommend it and would choose it again for my next business trip.

The rooms were really spacious and luxurious, with all the necessities provided. Cleaning staff also came in every week.

There were significant water leaks in the apartment, and nobody mentioned them at check-in. My reservation was for three people, but the room wasn't properly prepared until I raised the issue. The extra bed they brought was broken. I told them on the very first day, but they simply set it up in that condition, so it couldn't be used. I know how to use it. Whatever the cost, this was a deeply disappointing stay, well below my expectations, and I can't recommend the place to anyone.
