I was able to park my car there, and the hotel team made everything easy, from a very helpful check-in to a smooth check-out. The rooms are simple and clean, just right for a last-minute trip. My double bed was comfortable and had nice, high-quality linen. The spot is convenient to reach, a short walk from Paddington Station. The area was reasonably quiet, with a good choice of nearby bars and restaurants. A great option for a simple, hassle-free stay in central London, highly recommend.

It’s a great London location, very close to Lancaster Gate tube station and Paddington station. Reception was friendly and check-in was easy. I did find it odd that guests had to leave their key with reception whenever they went out. I haven’t come across that since the 90s at a Blackpool hotel! I was there for one night while visiting Winter Wonderland. The bathroom was okay, but the rest of the room needs upgrading for comfort. The bed was uncomfortable and sunken, like the mattress needs replacing. Because of where the sockets were, I had to boil the kettle on the bed. That’s why I’m giving it three stars.

Anees was really helpful at check-in, and Feven made checking out easy and seamless. The hotel team was wonderful. It’s an easy, convenient spot near Paddington Station, and the rooms are simple and clean. Perfect for a last-minute trip. I’d highly recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The staff were easily the best part of our stay, friendly, helpful and personable. The location was great too. But if I were booking again, I’d spend a little more for a more comfortable room. The room was small, and getting around would be difficult for a larger person. There were lots of things that needed fixing. The shower doors in our double room wouldn’t close and were hanging on the tracks, so we couldn’t keep water off the floor. One bedside light only worked when the overhead light was on. The tiny fridge had a loose connection, though wiggling it got it working. Other reviews were accurate about the room sizes.

Please pay attention to the reviews. The lobby looks nice, but our first room was dirty. The carpet was stained, the walls were grubby, there was mold in the bathroom, and we found white worms in the mattress when we searched the bed. We asked straight away for another room. The second one was cleaner and had no vermin in the bed, but it still had stained carpet, mold in the shower and a bathroom door that wouldn’t lock. We felt uncomfortable and unclean there. Both rooms were incredibly small, especially the bathroom, though that seems pretty standard in London. We also couldn’t take our room key with us. Every time we went out, we had to leave it at the front desk. The location near Paddington was handy, and it felt relatively safe, which is the only reason I’m giving a second star. After paying over 100$ a night, we found it outrageous to be charged 10£ to leave our two bags in the lobby for a few hours after checkout. One was a backpack and the other a hand-luggage-sized trolley. We shouldn’t have been charged for that.
