This building used to be very good, which makes the constant hot water problems such a shame. Multiple engineer visits haven’t fixed them, and I couldn’t have a proper shower at home all winter. The heating provider doesn’t care, and because the system is central, it can’t be changed. Most of the apartments seem to be occupied by renting professionals or short-term tourists in serviced apartments, who apparently don’t complain much.
