This was my weekday base when I had work in London. My colleagues couldn't understand why I chose this area, but I never felt unsafe or ran into any trouble. It's close to Canary Warf and London City, which made it an ideal place for me. Thanks for the hospitality and great service during my stays.

After long days sightseeing in London, it was nice to come back to a modern, comfortable apartment. It had the basics for cooking and cleaning, and Tesco Express nearby made shopping easy. We could walk back with our groceries, and the walk to the train station was short, with easy access to central London. Our five-year-old son could set up his toys and feel at home. The staff were friendly, and when we accidentally broke our key in a window or door, they came quickly to help us out. We also had a lovely walk around Limelock one evening. We'd definitely rent an apartment here again on our next London visit.

The prices are reasonable, and the location and views are okay. Some apartments don't have balconies. A few things in the apartments could use some attention, but they're minor issues.

The internet was down for a whole day, and I lost important work because of it. Staff weren't helpful and said there was nothing they could do.

The studio was nicely equipped and the apartment was pleasant, with an easy check-in. It's also very handy for trains and the DLR.
