The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the shower was so good I could live in it. The room looked very modern, and breakfast is well worth having. The pool was nice for relaxing and wasn’t crowded. We didn’t use the gym, but walked past it and it looked well equipped. Service was good, but the phone signal in the room was a problem. We ordered food and the drivers had trouble reaching us. We only got a message about the room during breakfast the next morning. I stayed with my fiancé and toddler in a king size room, but it seemed set up for one adult, with just one set of robes and slippers. We did get a few sets of towels. We could have asked for another set, but it was a one-night stay and we checked in in the evening, so we didn’t bother. I’ve stayed at other Hilton brand hotels in London where the room was better equipped with complimentary toothbrush and paste sets, so I expected the same here, though maybe that was my mistake. We booked this one because we were going to an event at the O2 arena. It was convenient, one Tube stop away and a fairly short walk from the station. I’ll use Hilton again in London, but probably not this hotel.
