The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the shower was so good I could live in it. The room looked very modern, and breakfast is well worth having. The pool was nice for relaxing and wasn’t crowded. We didn’t use the gym, but walked past it and it looked well equipped. Service was good, but the phone signal in the room was a problem. We ordered food and the drivers had trouble reaching us. We only got a message about the room during breakfast the next morning. I stayed with my fiancé and toddler in a king size room, but it seemed set up for one adult, with just one set of robes and slippers. We did get a few sets of towels. We could have asked for another set, but it was a one-night stay and we checked in in the evening, so we didn’t bother. I’ve stayed at other Hilton brand hotels in London where the room was better equipped with complimentary toothbrush and paste sets, so I expected the same here, though maybe that was my mistake. We booked this one because we were going to an event at the O2 arena. It was convenient, one Tube stop away and a fairly short walk from the station. I’ll use Hilton again in London, but probably not this hotel.

There were two of us staying, and the service was exceptional. The breakfast selection was superb too. The only downside was that some strands of hair were floating on the pool surface, which put us off a bit when it came to the pool’s cleanliness. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel doesn’t have much right nearby, but we got a great recommendation for an Italian restaurant a short walk away. We’d stay again, thanks to the amazing room and staff, and the safe underground car park. The staff were brilliant. Our room was lovely, with a double-head power shower, a fridge, a nice big TV and a super comfy bed. There was an all-you-can-eat buffet with full English, continental options and cereal, plus juice, tea and coffee. It cost extra.

We had a great time and plan to stay again soon. The restaurant service was good, with friendly, attentive staff, and breakfast was excellent, with loads of variety and good options for children. The pool was really warm, and the sauna and steam room were on point. There’s a gym available, though I didn’t try it. We were there for one night for my grandson’s 3rd birthday, with five rooms in total. The heating in my room and my hubby’s room was only blowing cold air. They brought us an electric oil heater, then eventually had to move us. Nicola arranged it all, thanks so much, ma’am. The rooms were spacious.

The jacuzzi was cold, and there wasn’t a desk in the room to work at. I liked the décor, though, and the staff were nice. They may just be following hotel policies. The hotel itself is beautiful, which made the lack of flexibility frustrating. I asked if I could check out an hour or two later and was happy to pay, but they said no. They’d let me book another night in the same room, though, and the place looked empty every day, so I was surprised they couldn’t make it work. On my last day I got back late and checked out 20 minutes past the time. It would’ve been less if a staff member hadn’t knocked and someone else hadn’t called during that time. A little grace period would let guests leave calmly. For this price, I use other hotels in the Canary Wharf area when I’m working.
