London Backpackers Youth Hostel

From the moment we checked in, Ryan made my friend and me feel at ease. He was upbeat, attentive, kind, and really helpful. The rest of the team were friendly too: Nelly, Ryan, Cayo, Marit, Victoria, and Mappi. I especially liked the dinners, games, and outings they organize. They really add something to your stay, and I'd say this hostel is a must-visit. The facilities had everything we needed, including internet, appliances, shared spaces, and a kitchen. I loved my time at London Backpackers and would definitely choose it again if I return to London. I met people I'll keep in my life.

At 21, visiting for fun, this was my first hostel stay, and I had a great time at London Backpackers. I came with friends, and Ryan welcomed us and made check-in really easy. The triple bunks were honestly fun, and I slept well for both nights. Each bed had curtains, clean sheets, and an electronic strip for all our ports, cables, and adaptors. The personal bins under the beds locked, so they felt secure. There was a lively feel outside the bedrooms, with trending music, movie nights, dinners, and lounges. The shared bathrooms were maintained, and the cleaning team tidied our room during the day. Nelly was really sweet and accommodating when she checked us out. I met new people and made fun memories. I'd definitely recommend it.

Great value for money, and the location made it easy to explore London. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean. I'd happily stay at this hostel again. Thanks so much, “Nelly❤️🫶🏻”

Hendon itself felt a bit scary, especially after dark. I felt you'd be safe if you stayed alert and travelled in a group at night. The station is close, which made it easy to get around, including to the tourist areas about an hour away. I really enjoyed staying here. The beds were comfortable, and having the bathroom and kitchen near the rooms was convenient. The staff were all really nice too.
