London Hilton on Park Lane

Charlie and I stayed at the London Hilton on Park Lane in December 2022, and years later I still think about how special it was. London has a magical feel in December, and being in Mayfair beside Hyde Park made the trip even better. The service stays with me most. The team were attentive, warm and professional, and their hospitality felt thoughtful rather than forced. It was clear they took pride in their work. The hotel has an iconic, classic elegance, but doesn’t feel stuffy or intimidating. Our room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, with beautiful views across London. Waking up to the winter skyline felt cinematic. We felt looked after from beginning to end. A huge thank you to everyone at the London Hilton on Park Lane for a visit we won’t forget.

The stay at the London Hilton on Park Lane was wonderful, and both the property and experience were excellent. What made it especially memorable was Safiya Sheth at the executive lounge front desk. She listens carefully, quickly understands what guests need, and takes care of it fully. She also clearly explains what to expect next, which takes away a lot of uncertainty during a stay. She’s a fantastic ambassador for the brand.

I’m already looking forward to coming back. The location, just across from Hyde Park Corner, was perfect, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The friendly Front Desk team helped with my questions and requests, and I really appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe room on a higher floor with a fascinating view. Bial was especially friendly and professional at the Front Desk, and genuinely cared about how our stay was going. Breakfast had a great variety and was excellent. Samreen in the breakfast area went the extra mile. Thanks too to Ivana, Oscar and their restaurant colleagues for all their hard work and smiles. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name, but the bar team were very friendly too. One gentleman, I believe from Argentina, and another from London made us feel welcome. I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

The executive lounge staff, Stan, Melissa and Safna, really made us feel looked after. They care about guests and go the extra mile, and that hospitality was consistent throughout. Titus and Abi at reception also deserve a special thank you for being warm and professional and making check-in effortless. This is easily one of my favourite Hilton hotels. Everything felt smooth from the moment I arrived. Huge credit to the whole team, and I hope management recognises what an asset you all are. Looking forward to my next visit! 🌟
