London Marriott Hotel Canary Wharf

The dining area staff were consistently attentive and friendly, greeting guests with a smile and making the atmosphere pleasant each day. I’ve stayed at Marriott Canary Wharf several times over the past 18 months, for nearly five months in total, and it’s been excellent every time. Mr. Nadeem Khan, the manager, deserves a special mention. His hospitality is outstanding. He’s approachable, helpful and willing to assist with anything. His warm smile and genuine readiness to help make guests feel welcome. He’s easily one of the best hospitality professionals I’ve come across. The service and hospitality keep bringing me back. It’s been a great experience from start to finish, and I’d gladly stay again.

I checked out and then realised I’d left a bracelet in my room. It means a great deal to me, so I was very anxious when I noticed it was missing. Thankfully, someone from housekeeping had already found it and carefully handed it in. When I returned to the hotel, several team members were reassuring and supportive. I especially want to thank a colleague from the Client Relations team and one at the front desk, who were patient, kind and efficient throughout. Xavier from security was also very helpful and professional. Everyone involved showed such honesty, warmth and efficiency. They handled what could have been a distressing situation with care and integrity, and I felt truly grateful and reassured. It reflects the high standards and values of Marriott hospitality. Please pass my thanks to all who helped, especially housekeeping. Their honesty and professionalism left a lasting impression on me. My heartfelt thanks to the whole team for the kindness and professionalism shown on 12 February. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to others, and very much hope to stay again in future.

The lounge is very good if you have platinum+ access, with some variety of beers, red, white and sparkling wine, plus canapes during the early racing hours. Breakfast was pretty reasonable, with plenty of choice and warm service. The location is very nice, the staff are fantastic, and the rooms are clean and functional.

The gym is very well equipped, and the breakfast buffet had an incredible variety of quality food, with options for all tastes. The breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly and kept smiling at me and my family, which made for a lovely start to each day. From arrival, the service was impeccable and professional. The person at the entrance kindly helped us with our luggage and offered fresh water, which made me feel right at home. Our room was spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed and sheets that made you never want to get up. Everything was perfectly clean throughout my stay. My time at the Marriott Hotel Canary Wharf exceeded all expectations.
