London Marriott Hotel County Hall

Getting around was easy for all of us, from the young kids to the teens. Big Ben is just across the way, the London Eye is steps away, and plenty of major sights are walkable. The area felt safe, easy to navigate and well organized, with public transport close by. The kids enjoyed the riverside walks, nearby attractions and indoor pool, while the teens liked being close to landmarks and lively areas. Our room had plenty of space and was comfortable to return to after a busy day. The staff were welcoming and patient with the children, which helped us feel at ease. We stayed at the Marriott London County Hall as a family and would happily return. It worked really well for different ages.

Platinum Members get a nice breakfast spread in the Library, with views over the Thames. The lounge has a good range of drinks and snacks for Platinum members too. In the heart of everything, with friendly staff and an immaculate property.

The boiler tripped briefly and we lost hot water, which made showering tough after arriving on a late flight. The engineering team got it sorted by the next morning, and I appreciated how quickly and professionally they responded. We had a fantastic stay at the London Marriott Hotel County Hall. The old County Hall character is beautifully kept alongside modern comforts, and having breakfast in the historic library was a memorable touch. Staff were attentive and welcoming the whole time. A special London hotel, with lovely views of Big Ben. Highly recommend.

Stayed for a week and it was worth every penny. They made a real fuss of me for my birthday, and the breakfast crew were great. Justin at the front desk sorted a room upgrade and handled all my requests. Housekeeping also did a lovely job with turndown service. I'd recommend it 10/10.
