London Marriott Hotel Regents Park

I expected traffic noise from the street-facing balcony, especially since our room was on a low floor, but the sliding glass doors kept it completely quiet. The room was large, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Swiss Cottage tube is an easy walk, and Primrose Hill is about 10 minutes away and well worth the walk. This was my second conference stay here, and the staff were great.

Noura was especially attentive at meal time. We turned up a little late, but she made sure we had what we needed before the food was cleared. I also loved the cheese selection, and the food served once a day had plenty of variety. The M Club was a favorite, since I could relax there whenever I wanted, day or night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everyone on staff was very friendly. It’s a nice hotel in a safe neighborhood, close to the tube. I’d definitely recommend it.

The lounge made things easy for all of us, with enough food for the kids and adults. We were nervous people might judge us for taking food out for the children, but the lounge staff warmly told us to help ourselves. Shehala at the front desk was so helpful, and Marouane, the fellow Moroccan manager, was friendly and amazing too. We had a big family with us, and the staff were kind, genuine, and flexible about what we needed. The kids had a great time in the truly heated pool. This was our second stay, and we’re Platinum members; this Marriott will be our choice again. If you value family, authenticity, diplomacy, adaptability, and real warmth, this place is for you.

The hotel has a gym and pool, a restaurant with delicious food, and on-site parking for a daily fee, which worked well for us since we drove. A quick tube ride from Swiss Cottage got us to London’s major sights and shopping. Our family of four each had luggage, but there was still plenty of room for all of us and our bags. The spacious rooms lived up to what I expect from Marriott. I love the brand, and this stay didn’t disappoint. If I return to London, I’d choose this hotel again in a heartbeat.
