London Prime Apartments - Canary Wharf

We've stayed at the Ark twice and will definitely return. The classic studio has everything you need for a few nights, and the nearest overground station is only a one-minute walk away, so getting around is easy. We love the pool, the views are great, and it's such a relaxing spot. The staff are always friendly and lovely to chat with. Amey and Pavani on reception gave particularly great service. We had a wonderful time, and the place is extremely affordable. It is about 30 minutes by tube from central London, but very convenient locally, with a five-minute walk to the DLR station, or 15 minutes to Canary Wharf. There’s a Co-op, Tesco Express and big Asda nearby. The interiors are lovely, and the included facilities were a massive bonus: a large pool, cold jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, all with amazing views. Our studio had a sink, microwave, fridge, freezer, countertop, chairs and a comfortable bed, and you can ask for extra cutlery. The room was a good size, although the bathroom was tiny but clean. The staff were super helpful, shoutout to Amey for letting me check out later. The only issue was that our room didn't get cleaned. I'm sure they would've done it if we'd asked.

Everything was clean and well looked after, and the amenities were great. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were helpful and seemed to genuinely care about guests having a good stay. It was a comfortable, enjoyable visit, and I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in the area.

I've been here regularly for the past three weeks, and every visit has been a good experience. The warm, welcoming service really makes a difference. Latifha, the duty manager, and Lyzan, the hub host, deserve a special thank you. They're kind, professional, and bring such positive energy. They do a great job and are genuinely friendly, making people feel comfortable. Their cheerful smiles brighten the place and make each visit more enjoyable.
