LONDONERS│Marble Arch Serviced Apartments

Sam was especially kind, looking after our luggage and arranging an early check-in. Everyone on staff was incredibly nice and helpful. There were seven of us in the family, and the apartment had plenty of room and was clean. It had all the cooking equipment we needed to make breakfast, and the AC was a nice extra.

I've been here twice in 10 months and would happily come back again. Crawford suites apartment works really well for a London holiday with family or friends. The host is friendly, accommodating and greets guests, and the room gets cleaned every day. You're close to Marble Arch, Oxford Street, Selfridges and Baker Street, with plenty of places to eat and souvenir shops nearby.

The staff were attentive and helpful, going beyond what you'd normally expect to make the stay comfortable. Special thanks to Sameer and Ali for their generous courtesy. The flats were spacious, very clean and tidy, with excellent security and efficient housekeeping. I'll definitely be back.

Mr Haq at reception was friendly, professional and always ready to help. I really enjoyed staying at Crawford Place: room service was quick, housekeeping was excellent, and the cleanliness was a relief. It was an excellent choice, and I'll definitely stay at Crawford place again.
