Summer heat is the worst part. The flat turns into a greenhouse and becomes unbearable. There's noise from the hostel right outside and motorbikes racing down the street at ungodly hours. The concierge lady was very rude, and it's no longer 24/7, just daytime. The bin room is a complete mess, feels insecure, and has homeless people sheltering there in winter. Terrible place to live.
The building gets unbearably hot in summer, with indoor temperatures regularly over 40°C because of poor cooling and ventilation. The lifts also break down often. The bin room has never been fixed in the almost two years I've lived at Luxe Tower, despite the premium rent. It’s unhygienic and often used by homeless people who reside there or use drugs, which leaves residents feeling unsafe. A hostel directly opposite is extremely noisy and adds to the daily frustration. Management and the concierge, particularly Elena Rogoveanu, have been unhelpful and discriminatory. Problems go unaddressed, and instead of solutions she has consistently been rude and disrespectful to residents. For a property marketed as “Luxe” at premium rent, the reality is the opposite. Maintenance, safety and service are well below what I expected, and I can't recommend living here.
I’m 24 and have tried to support many poor and helpless people. Nearly every day I arrange food for around 50-60 people, and I’m grateful to God that I can bring them a little food and happiness. After an accident, though, I’m now having financial difficulties. Any donation toward their meals would mean a lot. May God bless you all and keep you well.
The rooms, kitchens and bathrooms look nice, and the furnishing is generally good. The concierge is friendly. But the flats are quite a bit smaller than most new builds nearby, so getting around inside can be difficult. The windows also don't block much sound. Avoid road-facing apartments on the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th floors, and those facing the church or the other building's balcony. It gets very noisy at night.
You can hear the nearby train pretty clearly, and the windows don't do much to block that or the cars below.
