Luxurious Three Bedroom Flat in Chelsea Creek

The only reason this gets two stars is that the tube station is right behind it, handy for leaving. The flat was cramped, with a kitchen bigger than the bedroom and no room to walk around the bed. It was boiling hot with no aircon, the food macerator didn’t work, and the noise was unbelievable. It’s right under the last stretch of the Heathrow airport landing path. Anyone with normal hearing would think twice about staying or living here. People with more money than sense, 😁. Being by the river would only make me want to jump in. What a waste of money. As I said below, it’s just an estate overlooking the Thames. Maybe that’s why there seemed to be more men than women. Women have more savvy, just saying. 😜

We had the worst experience. We rented Chelseacreek “dockside house 53” and kept the apartment as new, but the landlord, “ Saadat Jabrayilzade “, is keeping our "security deposit" instead of returning it. The concierge hasn’t helped us get it back as tenants, and to this day the landlord hasn’t responded. The company is untrustworthy and unreliable.

This is my favorite development. The apartments are easier to maintain than the ones at 375 Kensington High Street. There’s a gym and swimming pool, and although the location is quite secluded, it’s easy to reach Central London. The river is very close, and the air feels much clearer than in Kensington.

I loved living here. The facilities and location are great, with good pubs nearby and Imperial Wharf station right there to get you pretty much anywhere. I have to move because of my job, but I hope I’ll be back someday!
