Luxury Apartments Near Harrods and the Science Museum

Hi, I’m unhappy with the place we stayed at on 3 cromwell road last night. The toilet smelled rank, and all night we could hear the extraction fans outside the window. The room was generally dirty and needs a lot of updating for the price of one night. We’d requested a crib but didn’t get one. The bathroom door had no lock or handle, the shower handle was missing, and a drawer handle was broken. The fan didn’t work, and one plug near the window was unsafe: the other one sparked when anything was plugged in. The floorboards squeaked too. I’ll be making a complaint and trying to get a refund. There was nobody available to help me get into my apartment. I’m very disappointed in them.

The modern design and good location made the apartment a nice base for a city trip. We stayed during the week, so we can’t comment on the nightclub, but street noise was noticeable. Earplugs for guests would be a nice touch. There are a few easy improvements: a glass for toothbrushes would help, the windows were broken and couldn’t be opened, and the cleanliness could’ve been better. The cleaning staff looked annoyed and didn’t even say hello. With some improvements, this could be a really good place to stay.

Great location, and okay for couples, but I wouldn’t choose it for a family. The service was poor, so don’t expect much. Rooms are fine for two people. You have to carry bags up the stairs, and the lift isn’t useful.
