The room had coffee-making facilities and was a good size, though it's starting to show its age. It's a decent hotel and really convenient for Olympia. Breakfast was good, with the usual continental and English choices, and can be added for £17. I had dinner at the restaurant with colleagues and found it average, so I'd probably recommend the local options instead. Guests get a 15% discount at the Costa Coffee on site.

Shabnam and Safir from the Food and Beverage Team were excellent in their care and service, and the staff here are amazing. When AC started pouring from the ceiling into our room, the staff dealt with it immediately and moved us to another room. The hotel itself is dated and run down and needs renovation and improvement. It doesn't represent a Hilton, and the staff should have facilities that match the quality of their work.

We stayed for two weeks, and the rooms were generally nice and comfortable, with what we needed for a pleasant visit. The mattress could be more comfortable, which was the only real downside for us. Breakfast was one of the highlights: the continental option was excellent value for the variety and quality, and service each morning was consistently friendly, efficient, and helpful. Samir was particularly kind, proactive, and helpful throughout breakfast. The restaurant had solid food choices and a pleasant atmosphere, and Amira made us feel welcome during meals. Franciscca was also consistently attentive and kind, adding to the customer service across the hotel. Overall, it offers excellent value, especially for the breakfast and service.

We only stayed one night, but Anna made a huge difference after our Airbnb around the corner overbooked and refused to help. We were in London for an event at the Natural History Museum on Valentines Day and hadn't planned to stay at the Hilton Olympia. After the Airbnb issue, we walked to the nearest hotel. Anna, the senior manager on reception, went out of her way to find us one of the last rooms and offered us free breakfast. The room was delightful, and the whole hotel was incredibly clean and tidy. Anna, thanks for your time and patience when we were already frustrated. We really appreciated your kindness.
