The place was spotless. The monastery and school are impressive, and the architecture is pretty bleak, though that adds to the visit.

Safety is a real concern at Mapesbury Lodge. There have been reports of package thefts and intrusions over the past years, which makes an already poor living experience feel even more unsettling. Maintenance was repeatedly neglected, and the property manager was often absent, ignoring messages and showing little interest in tenant concerns. My recent stay was extremely disappointing, with poor management and unprofessional conduct. In all my years dealing with different properties, I've never seen this combination of problems. Under its new management, Mapesbury Lodge lacks proper upkeep and professional conduct, and poses safety risks for residents. I'd strongly advise potential tenants to look for safer, more considerate housing.

Kilburn station is about a 7-minute walk away, so getting to the city centre is easy. The Overground and Bakerloo stations aren't too far either. It's a very decent place to live, especially with a doggie.

Nice studio flats at very good prices. The management is professional and friendly. Highly recommended as a residential property.
