I had a very pleasant stay and would happily come back. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and stayed that way, we had no problems, and the staff were always friendly and smiling. A couple of small things could be better: the room floors creak quite loudly, the little kitchen broom doesn't pick up much and could be bigger, and clearer labels on the shower controls would help. The water switches quickly from very hot to very cold, so finding a comfortable setting is tricky. I stayed for nine days with my partner and son. We live only about five minutes away but needed a place for personal reasons, so having everything sorted ahead of time really helped. I'd booked through a third-party site initially and wouldn't do that again, I'll book directly with Marlin next time. About three weeks in advance, I contacted them because I needed the kitchen separate from the main room. The manager was very helpful and kindly arranged the right apartment, which made things much less stressful.

I've stayed twice, on the first and third floors in Mar 2026. You get more space for the price of a hotel room. The road outside is busy, but I felt safe, and my room faced inward so it was quiet at night. You can leave luggage for free after checkout. The room was spacious and clean, with a sofa bed, a comfortable bed and four pillows. WiFi was fast, the shower had strong hot-water pressure, and windows opened for ventilation. There was no air conditioning, but a heater was provided. The kitchen had a dishwasher, sponge and dishwashing detergent, and there was a washing machine. Bring your own laundry detergent, disposable slippers and tissues, as none are provided.

It's less than a five-minute walk from Limehouse station and right across from the Troxy. I was there for a concert and staying over made things much easier than travelling home late. The rooms are well insulated, so noise wasn't an issue. I'd gladly recommend the place for either a short or long visit and would stay again. The apartment was modern, clean and very well equipped for a longer stay or a quick one, including a great coffee machine. The bed was comfortable, and the 24-hour reception made me feel safe. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Special thanks to Hamza, who kindly understood my credit card payment issue and managed to sort it out. It was a great experience.

A mini Salisburys across the road, several places to eat nearby and a cafe right next door made the area handy. The DlR Station is a few minutes' walk away, and Towergate by Tower Bridge, where we caught the Hop On Hop off bus, took under ten minutes to reach. These apartments cost a quarter of central London ones, and I'd highly recommend them. Our Studio Aoartment was huge and spotless. It had a full-sized fridge/freezer, coffee machine, electric jug, toastet, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The local feel was a big plus for us. Connections to the main attractions can be a bit difficult, and the location may not suit everyone. The apartments were really nice, with good beds and 24-hour service. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
