The housekeeper, Mr Bhatti, was genuinely welcoming and very professional. He did an outstanding job and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed at Marylebone Apartments this week, and it worked really well as a base for London. It's central Marylebone, close to Baker Street, with easy access to the Tube at Edgware Road and Marylebone. Oxford Street and other shopping areas are walkable too. The flat isn't luxury, but it was clean, comfortable and warm during our December stay. Code entry made getting in very easy. You can sometimes hear the neighbouring flats, which seems typical for this kind of building. The heating controls were confusing at first, so we had one cold night, but we figured them out the next day. I'd happily stay again.

A cozy bakery is just a few steps away, and the place is very clean and well equipped. It's a nice location, close to the subway and the city hall, handy if you're getting married there or staying in Marylebon to see the city.

I liked having a kitchen and lots of sockets. The place is very cozy, and the tube station is easy to get to.

The tube station is nearby, and the location was great for the place we needed to visit. The room could use some work, though. Its main issue was the living-room window, which wouldn't shut all the way and let in more noise than usual.

The flat on the 3rd floor had a good amount of space, 4/5, and the location was excellent, 5/5. But there was no Wi-Fi, concierge, reception or lift, and no one available to help with anything during the stay. There was also no daily room cleaning or garbage clearance. This may suit Western travelers who pack light and can manage everything themselves. For people from South Eastern parts of the world, it was a mess, with no support at all. We're not used to paying and then having to handle everything ourselves. Literally everything was on us.
