The owners' warm hospitality was a highlight. This family-run hotel is managed by kind, welcoming people who take time to offer helpful sightseeing tips, restaurant suggestions, and answers to general questions. We stayed three days in a triple room and felt very comfortable. It was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a spotless, modern, beautifully designed bathroom. The hotel is in a quiet, pleasant part of the City of Westminster, ideal for unwinding after a day out. Restaurants and several underground stations are within walking distance, including Victoria Station and Pimlico. It's also easy to reach from Heathrow Airport by underground, which made arriving and leaving stress-free. We would love to come back. Greetings from Germany! Thank you for the warm welcome.

The owner was there in person, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, with a real sense of service. The family-run hotel is cared for by good people. It's conveniently located near buses, the underground, and lots of shops. Our room was clean, and the bed, linens, toilet, and shower were cleaned and maintained every day. The bus stop is only a few minutes away on foot, and the area is quick to get around. This is a small, family-run hotel with friendly staff. The owner even helped carry my big bag up to my second-floor room and suggested nearby restaurants. There’s no restaurant or room service here, and the nearby hotels don’t have them either, as most are fairly small. I stayed in September 2024.

We’ve been here for a week and have been happy with the whole stay. The owners are lovely, the hotel is spotless, and it’s very comfortable. We followed Rick Steves’ advice to find a small, family-owned hotel in a good location, and this place fit the bill. We’d definitely come back.

The shower is a great size, there’s plenty of tea and milk, and the room was mostly quiet. I’ve stayed at quite a few similar hotels around Victoria and Pimlico, and this is one of my new favourites. The room and bathroom were spotless, and having a fan was a nice extra. Staff were very friendly, reception is open for long hours, and you can call them 24/7 if you need to. I’d stay again for sure. Thanks!
