Melia White House Hotel

Service was spot on and really attentive. The location is brilliant if you want to stay around the West End. Just off Regents Park, there are three tube stations within a five-minute walk, and Euston Station is about 10 minutes away. The rooms are good, though we paid a premium because Zach Bryan and Harry Styles were playing that same night. For £300 a night, it could do with more amenities.

Susan made everything easy and enjoyable from beginning to end, and her attention to detail really lifted our stay. We loved the food, the service was top-notch, and the location was perfect. We had a wonderful time at The Level White House and highly recommend it.

We got afternoon tea through Groupon and thought it was lovely, especially for the price. The sweets were to die for. William was our server, and his warm, kind, organized service made us feel so welcome and really lifted the experience. Couldn't recommend it more. We'd love to stay at the hotel someday.

The in-house bar, Club ‘35, has an outstanding atmosphere and service, and its decor and music carry on the ’30s speakeasy theme. They even let us bring in our own meal for the family and provided plates and utensils. Afternoon Tea is fantastic and reasonably priced. Regents Park next to the hotel is a wonderful green space, with plenty to do and see while getting your steps in. The location and service are outstanding, well above the rest. If you have an early tour, they'll prepare breakfast bags as long as you give them a little notice the night before. The rooms are okay but well worn. The lights and electrical setup took some getting used to, though housekeeping did an incredible job of tidying up.
