Melrose Guest House

Every morning the owner was in the kitchen asking if we wanted something cooked, and I had a delicious English breakfast each time. The buffet also had plenty to choose from, including yogurt and milk with cereal. The house is nearly a 10 minute walk from the train station, and the clean rooms have comfortable beds and smart TVs. We had a great experience in London and I’d definitely recommend Melrose house.

The breakfast cook was friendly and fantastic, and the place is great for the money. We were four and had a room near the garden. It was clean and comfortable, with plenty of outlets, a small fridge, and a couch. The train station wasn’t far, and there were bus stops all around. We had a very happy stay. You can’t beat it for the price.

The double room with its own toilet was excellent. It had loads of sunlight, was very clean, had enough mirrors, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t big, but the size was fine and the shower was nice. Breakfast included a full English cooked by the chef, plus a self-serve spread of juice, yogurt, toast, cereal, coffee, and tea. The location was okay, with Victoria station not too far and lots of cafes near crystal palace. I just loved it.

The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, in a friendly London suburb, with easy public transport into the city and straightforward road access to the B&B. Our accommodation was clean and roomy. WiFi, TV, showers, and toilets were available, though the toilets were a bit cramped. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. We had a great time.
