Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge

Peter was very kind and helpful when he assisted with our luggage. I’m also especially grateful to Mr. Amr 🇪🇬, who was a great example of professionalism and excellent management. He was kind, handled my situation quickly and intelligently, and was always at reception helping everyone with a smile and a polite, classy manner. I’d like to thank the hotel management for a wonderful experience. It was great, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were more comfortable and clean than we expected. Sidra’s warm, professional welcome made a real difference. She handled registration quickly and answered all our questions with expert knowledge. Her dedicated, polished approach to hospitality raised the standard of the whole stay.

The Knightsbridge location is excellent and very convenient, and I appreciated being allowed to check in early after a long journey. That’s why I’m giving three stars. The rest of the stay was just okay, and I can see why Booking reviews are relatively low. The room was extremely dusty because housekeeping did a poor job. I pointed out the dust and asked for it to be cleaned, but nothing changed. I also had no bathrobes for four days, and there was no shampoo when I arrived or at any point afterward, despite the length of my stay. These are basic essentials. The bed has bed bugs. The hotel needs maintenance and better management, especially with housekeeping.

After a long journey, getting an early check-in arranged made my stay much easier. Payal at reception was warm, professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout. I really appreciated her welcome and excellent service.
