Mod 3 BR Flat Near Baker Street st, in Marylebone

We weren’t sure how to get into the apartment, but the phone number on the booking was answered straight away. They gave us all the details we needed, no hassle at all. The place was very nice and reasonably priced, and everything was super clean. There were plenty of towels, even bathrobes, plus a well-stocked kitchenette with coffee, tea, milk, and more. I can’t fault it.

We really enjoyed the apartment’s location and styling. The staff welcomed us warmly and paid close attention to what we needed.

The bed was a real problem. The mattress was so thin that we could feel the springs in our backs, and the bedroom had no heat even though the other rooms did. The carpets were dirty and burned, too. I spent two nights here while visiting a relative in London, and the apartment looked nothing like the photos on Expedia. They seemed staged, because all the decoration had been stripped out by the time we arrived. This is poorly maintained and not an Executive Apartment by any stretch. I’ve posted both the Expedia photos and what the place actually looks like. I asked for a full refund.

The flat was in top shape, and the staff paid close attention to what I needed. Had a great time! Thanks, Park Lane Apartments. Highly recommend.
