The WiFi was brilliant, and the housemaids and other staff were friendly and helpful. I met one housemaid while heading out, and she cheerfully said good morning and asked how I was. My room, though, was small, and the bed was so hard I felt like I was sleeping on the floor and struggled to get any sleep. I booked through booking.com for a standard room with a window, but the room was so tiny I wouldn’t call it standard. The fire alarm light kept blinking and drove me mad. When I called reception at 5am to ask for water, nobody answered, even though staff were there, so I had to go downstairs and ask. I only stayed because my friend won two tickets to see Nick Jonas on thr 18.01.2026.

I booked at the last minute and paid 55£ a night for a double room. It was quiet, very clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was tidy and spotless without smelling of cleaning products. The staff were really friendly. I’ll definitely stay with them again.

We found plenty of places to eat within a short walk, and the tube station is right next door. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff were kind and very helpful. It’s a great choice for concerts or Wembley Stadium. We’ll use it every time we stay overnight in London.

The staff were friendly, and the location is good. It’s fairly cheap, but I wouldn’t give it four stars, maybe two. My one-bed room looked nothing like the photos. It was a tiny shoebox, poorly soundproofed, with one small window partly blocked by a wardrobe. There was a bit of a moth repellent smell, and almost no effort had gone into furnishing it. Even a bedside lamp would help.

The frosted windows kept natural light out, so the room felt dark during the day. The bathroom was tiny, more like a cloakroom, and the room wasn’t as good as the one shown on the website.
