They canceled our booking at 10pm the night before we were due to arrive, saying there was a health and safety hazard at the property but giving no details. They didn’t offer another place to stay either. I guess you get what you pay for.

We booked four months ahead, then got a call the day before our stay saying the reservation was canceled. We were left without accommodation despite having a flight and a whole trip organized. They gave no explanation except that they don’t offer cleaning service, which sounds like an excuse. Just five minutes before the call, they’d sent us the check-in codes. Booking.com had no record of the cancellation when we called them. This feels very unprofessional: they left us stranded a day before arrival and offered no alternative accommodation. There are much better options.
