Monarch House Serviced Apartments

There’s loads of room here, with walk-in closets and a bit of an American feel to the space. The rooms are simply but beautifully designed, with plush beds and bedding. Most have showers, while a few have bathtubs. Each apartment has a kitchen, dining area, study, bathroom, and the rest of what you need. The building has 41 serviced apartments across five floors, plus an escalator for anyone who finds stairs difficult. There are also gardens, balconies, and outdoor seating. It’s on Kensington high street, easy to reach from the airport via the Piccadilly line to Kensington high street station, and served by plenty of buses. A huge Waitrose is right next door. There’s a main entrance, but keep your fob with you to get in, or call the 24 HR service to buzz you through. Good value, whether you're a corporate client, staying long term, or booking a shortlet.

The location made everything easy, with what you need just a short walk away and High Street Kensington station close by. At Monarch House, the apartments were spotless, spacious, and comfortable enough to feel like home. Staff were warm and attentive, and always happy to help. I had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

We spent two weeks here and would happily stay again. The apartment was clean, quiet, and very spacious, with a full kitchen that even had an air fryer. We rented a car for a week, so the roomy basement parking was handy. The staff were really nice and helpful. There’s a Catholic Church next door, which was great for us as Catholics. The Underground, good restaurants, and a supermarket right beside the property made the location convenient. A superb choice for a UK stay.

We were given an upgrade to a huge three bedroom deluxe apartment, and the place was clean, with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, and a well equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic, with public transport and lots of amenities close by. We'd come back. One thing I'd suggest: please add recycling facilities. We were told to put paper, card, plastic, cans, and glass all in the bin. Surely there's a better way to handle it?
