The kitchen has the basics, plus an iron and hair dryer, so it worked well for a long weekend. The room itself was lovely and clean, with a high ceiling and a firm bed. Great spot in a gorgeous part of town. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve stayed here twice now and would come back on another trip to London. The receptionist, Haidar, was lovely and really helpful. For the room quality and location, the prices are good, and the location is outstanding for a 3-star hotel. The reception office is in building 66.

I booked the apartment on Monday for a Wednesday arrival, then found out that morning my flight to London had been cancelled. I asked to move the booking to new dates, but they told me to sort it out with booking.call, so I did. Even though Booking said to contact them directly, my date-change request was simply declined. They didn’t cancel the original reservation or reply to my first message. I haven’t even stayed there, but this is poor service and enough to put me off booking with them again. Basic customer service shouldn’t be this hard.

The room was clean, well located, and close to handy Underground stations, with good value for the money. Just be ready for some noise on the ground floor, especially near the main entrance or lift.
