I arrived alone around 4am in freezing weather, expecting a normal hotel check-in. There was no staff on site and no proper way to get to the room I’d already paid for. Instead, I got WhatsApp calls asking me to send another £80 before I could enter the building or properly see the accommodation. The whole thing felt sketchy and unprofessional. If it operates like a self-check-in Airbnb, it should be advertised that way. Guests shouldn’t be left outside late at night and pressured on WhatsApp to transfer money just to get in. Any extra charges should have been discussed professionally, face-to-face, or at least after I was safely inside. A legitimate hotel should have staff and secure check-in procedures, especially at night. I never stayed, but still wasn’t refunded. I’m not sending money over the phone to an “established hotel business” in a situation that feels unsafe and unverified.

The hotel’s in a great spot in Wembley, with restaurants nearby, and it’s affordable for what you get. The staff were friendly and always available if we needed help. We had to leave for a Scotland tour at 5:30am, and they arranged a taxi for us. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

The room was clean and had everything we could’ve needed, and the staff were lovely and quick to reply on WhatsApp. The hotel was easy to find too. We’ll definitely be back.

Really good value, with pleasant staff, clean rooms, and very comfortable beds. The location worked perfectly for us: there’s a bus stop right outside that goes straight to the Arena and stadium, and Wembley Park station is a ten-minute walk away. We had a lovely stay.

Nice rooms, clean atmosphere, good location, and a great price. Vish was especially good as a host, always giving us the best service whenever we came by. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Highly recommended.
