Everything went smoothly, including check-in and checkout. I left the keys in the return box. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. We had an excellent stay and will definitely book again. Thanks, Native Places! 🌿✨

I booked a two-bedroom apartment on hotels.com two months ahead and paid in full. They sent me a form for a virtual check-in that required passport photos. A week before the trip I emailed to confirm, only to be told they couldn't find my reservation and had no space, and that I should cancel. Although I was still within the free-cancellation period, finding a comparable hotel just a week before travel would have cost more than twice as much. Hotels.com couldn't help unless I showed up in person and was refused a room. Buyer beware.
