We spent a week in the two-bedroom apartment with my husband. It was roomy, modern and clean, with a balcony, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We were close to Liverpool Street Station, which was handy. A few light bulbs were out, but they fixed them almost straight away after I reported it. Toiletries were only supplied once, and housekeeping came once during the week. Late checkout wasn't an option.

The apartment was clean and modern, with everything we needed, and the staff were really kind. I enjoyed the stay, though I missed having a bathtub. None of the apartments in the building have one, so that's why I'm giving it four stars.

My employer booked this place, so I was stuck here. The summer heat was unbearable without air conditioning. For a serviced apartment, we had to keep calling and asking for basics like detergent, toilet paper and cleaning. We ended up buying them ourselves. The staff wouldn't commit to or guarantee anything.

I was visiting as a friend's guest. The apartment had plenty of space and good facilities, but the street outside was noisy enough that I needed earplugs.

A cozy, nice place with modern facilities, and fairly close to the city.
