Anyone thinking of renting here should check carefully which unit they're getting. Unit E1618 has serious problems with the landlord's integrity, and they ignored most of our questions and were unresponsive. The property was old and broken from day one, yet chunks of our deposit were taken to pay for its refurbishment. We were pressured with incorrect information about laws and legislation, and threatened with losing our deposit over an alleged failure to give notice at the end of the contract, supposedly causing lost income. The agent also claimed this was in the legislation. It all felt shady. Avoid if you can. Dealing with this during a crisis was utterly disgusting.

The transport links are great, and the spa and gym are better than most Canary Wharf gyms I've been to, without ever getting too crowded. The amenities are clean, the staff are kind, and there's a real community feel. I love this place.

Lovely place to live in a beautiful spot, with nice views towards the riverside and the O2 area. The DLR is literally a three-minute walk away, and there are hotels all around. There's a 24-hour concierge too.
